We contacted Pacific Star Electric for a quote on some renovations and additions to the electrical system of the home we purchased in Maple Ridge. The quote was a fair price, the job scheduled quickly, and work was done as promised, and slightly faster than originally expected, and any debris was picked up and taken away. We subsequently had them back for some service work, and now have used them for some electrical changes at a business we manage. All the work has been done well, at a fair price, and at the time they promised. Thanks for the good service, and would definitely recommend Pacific Star Electric to others.

I found Pacific Star Electric online searching for a contractor to help us upgrade our house electrical to replace the knob and tube. Meeting Mike I found him to be very agreeable and helpful about the project. He gave us some good ideas on what to include in the upgrade for future improvements. We were able to work together so that I could help with the upgrade and I found the other tradesmen involved to be easy to work with. We needed to get our new AC unit connected and some old electrical wires removed. Andrew was excellent and very good at his job. Everything he said he was going to do was completed on time and with zero issues. More so, Andrew was very friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation. Excellent service and more importantly, great employee that represents his company well and treating us like a our business really matters. Ask for Andrew if you need any work done.

We were installing a patio door in our master bedroom and had to hire Pacific Star on short notice to fix the job another company had done incorrectly. They showed up a couple hours later exactly when they said they would. Our Technician, Gregg, was enthusiastic, courteous and quickly removed the wire ran by the other company and reran a new wire while working around the other trades. Gregg was like a breathe of fresh air compared to the other companies electrician. Outstanding job definitely a life saver today!!!

I just recently purchased an older rancher in 70 Mile House and knew that I needed some electrical upgrades. After doing some research I decided on Pacific Star Electric to do the work. I found Leah at the office to be very prompt and courteous in helping set up an appointment for an estimate and the total process involved. I found Gregg to very professional and prompt with his estimate and job. Everything was explained clearly and the job was done fast considering the weather conditions weren’t the greatest! We had a number of electrical jobs needing to be done around our house. Pacific Star sent Greg out to give us a quote; and on the scheduled day Mike M. came out to do the work. Mounting a ceiling fan, installing a motion sensor light, a kitchen light fixture, an outside outlet, an outside carriage light, and new lights and switches in our laundry room. Pleasure to work with Pacific Star Electric. From the moment I called and spoke to Leah, had Jeff come out for a site visit, to the installation of a new panel and various other electrical work done by Mike and his apprentice (sorry I can't remember his name), it truly was a pleasure to work with this company. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We will definitely use them again for any electrical issues we have in our home and will use them professionally for our buildings throughout the Lower Mainland moving forward.

When I had my new air conditioner installed last Saturday, The electrician John came up and connected a new cable for it. When he did his job, he was very considerable not to damage my wall to connect a thick cable to a panel. He took a bit hard way for him to do, but he eventually saved my wall and connected the power nicely to the air conditioner. I believe no one could see the cable he installed. He try to keep it invisible as much as he can. Thank you John.

Called them after my original electrician abandoned me without starting the job. Andrew came the same day and completed my hot tub installation so quickly that we got it filled and heated the same day. I will definitely call them first next time and make life easy on myself. I have called Pacific Star a few times for small jobs in my home including electrical installation for my kitchen lights, cabinet lighting and a ceiling fan for the master bedroom.
